Lead on the collection, analysis and reporting of project data across divisional, corporate and cross-cutting programmes. Lead on the servicing and support of key forums with a responsibility for oversight of transformation & efficiency schemes, including; Transformation Group, cross-cutting forums and each divisional forum. Lead on the development of our programme reporting to move towards cloud-based systems, utilizing the use of AI tools to provide deeper insight to support delivery. Research and implement PMO best practice to continually improve the Trusts approach to controlled change and the service that the PMO provides to divisions, workstreams and senior leaders across the Trust Support the Head of Corporate Transformation & PMO in aligning/standardising PMO standards across the Acute Provider collaborative Independently lead the delivery of transformation and improvement projects, supporting the realisation of significant strategic objectives and financial targets. Provide coaching, training, and support development opportunities for transformation team members. Work across a broad range of teams and functions requiring the ability to create value and capability working in partnership with clinical and non- clinical staff Build strong relationships and be seen as a trusted advisor across PMO and Improvement methodologies for business stakeholders Walk the clinical pathways and map the processes, develop improvement plans and oversee their delivery. Play a key role in the Transformation team, promoting continuous improvement thinking and behaviour across the organisation. Develop and maintain an accessible knowledge base, SOPs, and associated training, for our agreed PMO standards. Support teams with engaging with the content to strengthen our controls and processed across the organisation. Be a super user for the Trusts cloud based project tracking tool Trakit and continually promote its benefits to increase adoption of the agreed ways of working. Support the management of the transformation team operations, primarily through the line management of the PMO & Team operations supports role. Line manage the PMO Analyst and PMO & Team Operations support roles (Band 6) Undertake presentations, some of which may be to large audiences constituted with senior staff from across the three trusts and members of the public Ensure that projects are delivered on time with business benefits realised. Evaluate and refine project and programme tracking tools, to simplify and create more time to care Ensure the effective application of improvement methodologies and approaches at an individual project level, making recommendations on how to improve this as and when identified Attend all appropriate professional forums (deputising for member of the senior leadership team where appropriate) and provide updates as appropriate. Be responsible for keeping updated on any changes affecting policy associated with the programme along with reviewing and implementing the appropriate policies Undertake surveys or audits of the project systems/process and highlights discrepancies where appropriate, developing an action plan with the project team where appropriate
