What you’ll do This is a newly crafted and exciting opportunity, working across Gaming Brands, responsible for ensuring we achieve the business target for new customer acquisition (both volume and value). Influencing a wide set of team members for optimum results and constantly report performance back to Senior leaders. This would include, optimisation of return on investment through paid media channels (with the central UKI Digital Marketing team), journey optimisation/conversion (Martech/Product/Account team), creative (brand team) and offer strategies (CVM Gaming team). Close alignment with Marketing BI team is also key to understand how wider Marketing activity is driving customer acquisition. The role will also be responsible for delivering the Acquisition plan which will include recommendation of budgets, reporting on all acquisition targets (including paid media), highlighting opportunities and making recommendations on current and future incremental investment. Constantly looking to the future and bringing to the forefront any future risks/opportunities and potential solutions to mitigate/exploit. What we’re looking for: Experience in delivering multi-media channel strategies both ATL and BTL and deep understanding of how they work together to provide the most effective media mix for the best possible value Extensive experience in running multi-million pound budgets across multiple channels, demonstrating performance success and how it contributes to the overall business goals and revenue targets.
