As the Contract Monitoring Executive Officer you will work closely with both our Industry Partners and the end user to ensure a quality and timely delivery of service in accordance with the Statement of Requirement and to meet the Contract Management Plan. You will attend regular meetings with the key stakeholders with whom you will build and maintain an open, constructive, and collaborative relationship. You will be responsible for the quality surveillance and assurance activities to confirm compliance with the regulatory requirements. You will manage and oversee the Station Parenting Statement that includes over one hundred outlying units. If the above is of interest, we would love to hear from you. Job description The post holder is required to: Monitor the Contractors performance to ensure a quality and timely delivery of service. Provide clear expectations of service/performance delivery to the end user and establish a process to react to end user feedback. Maintain an open, constructive, and collaborative relationship with the contractor. Observe, record and report on the performance of the contractor and, investigate and resolve issues in accordance with the Contract Management Plan (CMP). Hold monthly review meetings with relevant stakeholders and contribute to the quarterly and annual review meetings. Maintain comprehensive records relating to the contract monitoring, surveillance, inspections, investigations, and formal communications with the Contractor. Ensure that records are stored in accordance with the CMP. Monitor that historical data relating to the contract is recorded on the Contract Monitoring Database (CMD) Management and staffing of information and work associated with the raising of Statement of Requirements (SORs) and their progression in accordance with the CMP. Submission of Requests for Contract Action and Requests for Amendment (RFAs) to ensure the requirement on the contract is accurately met and, adequate funding is in place to meet the contract change in a timely manner. Authorisation for additional tasks conducted by the Contractor in accordance with the CMP. Ensuring that the correct financial staffing of the request is followed. Maintain a Station Risk Issues Management Opportunities Plan (RIMOP) ensuring that all risks and issues are formally identified and monitored. Mitigating actions are to be developed and implemented and discussed at the Review Meetings and escalated where necessary. Conduct quality surveillance and assurance activities linked with the Contractors Quality Management System and Quality Plan to confirm compliance with the regulatory requirements. Management of the Stations Parenting Task Oversight and input to various smaller Station contracts. Line Management responsibilities for both welfare and performance of CMT personnel. Person specification The main details of the role include but are not limited to: Monitoring performance against key performance indicators. Dealing with stakeholders and customers in a collaborative and constructive manner. Identify & monitor risk and conduct quality assurance surveillance. Line management responsibilities for 1 x military personnel and 1 x civil servant. Attendance at meetings will be necessary as part of the role and, this will involve some travel.
