As an Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative, you will work with our Trade Operatives on a day-to-day basis conducting repairs within a variety of trade disciplines in EMH homes properties and other related properties. This could include bricklaying repairs, plastering, carpentry, plumbing, painting etc to the specified quality and performance.
