Main duties of the job
Southern Health NHS Trust's Portsmouth and South East Division with the nine PCN's in the area are now in position to offer an administrative lead role to assist the Primary Care Mental Health Team Manager and support the work being undertaken.
We are looking for an approachable, organised and efficient team player to provide comprehensive administration and secretarial support to both the Primary Care Mental Health Team Management Team. If you have a keen eye for detail, can work across a wide variety of projects, supporting meetings, plans and data management, this could be the role for you. Working independently, you will need excellent administrative skills and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of groups. The post holder will provide a high-quality, comprehensive and pro-active project administrator function to support the delivery of work and services. This post requires a flexible 'can-do' attitude with adaptability and a responsive, positive approach to change.
Employed by Southern Health NHS Trust and funded jointly, this role will most likely involve working in a central location or at times across the region to assist the transformation.

* *NVQ Level 3 in Administration
* *BTEC or equivalent level knowledge
* *GCSE in English and Maths
* *To be competent in a range of computer software
