Co-ordinate internal Technology projects on behalf of the Technology Leadership team Own the Technology portfolio across Projects, Programmes and Releases Ensure we can report on progress to stakeholders in a real time/timely fashion Ensure Technology has the right resources assigned to the right work. Where this process does not exist help to develop it and embed the change. Act as the conduit between the delivery teams and the PMO function in estimation and project planning Support key business initiatives in a co-ordination role Own and develop the supplier framework across Technology, ensuring that contracts are managed and regularly renewed, and aligned to budget forecasts. The role will be a key conduit from Technology into other key functions within P2U as follows: - Support the functions budget planning process working closely with Finance and PMO - Work with HR to own the Departments resource planning, recruitment and onboarding process - Work with PMO to understand status updates and the delivery schedule/implementation calendar Who are we looking for? Strong project management skills in an IT delivery capacity Experience of multi-methodology project management (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, ITIL elements). Excellent leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in budgeting and financial management Experience in Supplier Management and contract financials Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi- task and have a number of simultaneous projects to co-ordinate Ability to influence other stakeholders to get buy-in What happens next?
