The Role
Reporting to the Resource Manager, you will engage widely with partners and fee earners to ensure a coordinated approach to resourcing. You will be responsible for the delivery of resourcing activities across the two smaller Product Groups in the Litigation & Dispute Management (L&DM) Practice Group.
Responsibilities:
* Feed into the resource management strategy for your practice areas
* Build relationships and communicate continuously with product group stakeholders and associates
* Optimise the allocation of work and deployment of lawyers to maximise profitability
* Manage complex, cross product group/jurisdiction resourcing
* Produce, analyse and leverage management information (MI)
* Engage with product group leaders to understand their priorities
* Promote the use and support improvement of the capacity management resourcing system
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for:
* A trusted advisor with experience in workforce planning and resource management
* Ability to drive change and solve problems through innovative thinking
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and planning skills
* Experience in conflict resolution
