A family office based in the heart of the West End of London is looking for a Tax Senior Manager to join the Investment arm of the firm as a newly created role.
Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Investment partners group to provide client advice and compliance on their personal tax aspects of remuneration in the UK, especially executive remuneration (board fees, equity grants), including in an international context.
* Providing international tax advice for their global management team.
* Supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of remuneration policies, processes, and EOP/LTIPs.
* Managing and maintaining key relationships with tax advisors.
* Dealing with and liaising with HMRC on any tax planning queries.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be CTA/ACA/ATT qualified, have come from a practice environment, and be an experienced Personal Tax candidate with strong client advisory experience, including some non-dom background. We are looking for client-facing individuals with offshore experience, yet with a high level of UK tax knowledge and experience working for High-Net-Worth Individuals.
Role Overview:
The role will be circa 40% Compliance and 60% planning, and as this is a standalone role, you could be preparing tax returns.
We are looking for a self-starter, able to work largely unsupervised with a high degree of autonomy, and you will have the ability to integrate well into a small team with a flat structure.
