I am recruiting for a customer services officer to work for an established business that can offer hybrid working once fully trained.
Who we are looking for:
1. Ideally, a background in office-based customer service, call centre, contact centre, high-volume call handling or similar.
2. Confidence in communicating and an ability to form positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
3. Strong attention to detail, be organised, self-motivated and can multitask or work independently with the ability to plan and prioritize workloads with a structured approach.
4. Proven experience as a team player who wants to succeed.
5. The ability to assist and support colleagues around you and juggle your priorities to achieve team goals as well as personal ones.
6. The ability to stay calm under pressure.
7. Strong verbal and written communication ability.
Pay: £12.70
Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
This is initially a temporary 3 month contract but could lead to a permanent role.
