PE Global are currently recruiting for a Production Documentation Specialist for a contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client based in Runcorn.
This role will work with the raw statistical people data and provide analysis for operational leadership to enable the Operations Management to understand progress against several key people metrics.
Job Responsibilities
• To schedule, coordinate on-shift’ training, assessment & education, report any daily discrepancies to training schedule to Operations Management.
• To analyse ‘on-shift’ training, assessment & education against assigned activity, and report any weekly discrepancies to training schedule to Operations Management.
• To schedule, monitor, maintain and analyse ‘on-shift’ development of staff, ensuring all development activities being carried out by all staff are in line with Individual Developmental Goals.
• In conjunction with Operations Management, confirm Operations team members are mapped to the correct assignment profile.
• To ensure critical process activities are identified and appropriate competence assessments prepared and incorporated into Studium curricula to confirm the transfer of learning.
• To ensure model answers for all operations owned competence assessments are created and maintained.
• To ensure trainer standardisation activities are completed for those delivering/assessing training within operations.
• To schedule, monitor, maintain and analyse ‘on-shift’ development of staff. Perform routine meetings with all Operational Leaders to ensure continuous progress is being made, ensuring PDPs are in place and STEM pathways are linked into the wider training model for Operations Staff Monthly Activities.
• Reporting of Operational People based key performance indicators to help drive improvements in Operational performance, in line with the models and schedules built.
Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in a similar role - Scheduling, Analysing of data and reporting, Systems expertise.
• Experience reviewing shift-based people KPIs performance, formally and informally to drive forward performance.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills.
