Due to continuing expansion within the Audi division, we are excited to introduce new pay plans and working hours. These industry leading changes will provide fantastic opportunities for anyone looking at joining the business at our Audi dealership in Stratford upon Avon .
Our exciting new pay plans provide excellent basic salaries & bonus which are reflective of each applicants experience and skillset.
1. The basic salaries start from £30,000 up to £42,000.
2. Bonus / OTE’s range from £32,700 up to £48,800.
With a new 40 hour working week and 3 rotas to choose from you will be able to manage your work life balance better.
3. Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
4. Monday – Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
5. Monday – Friday with a day off during the week 8am to 4:45pm, as well as Saturdays, 8am to 4:30pm.

Role and Responsibilities
6. Our technicians are responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time.
7. The main responsibilities would include electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing.
8. Additional responsibilities may include repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles such as the use of electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on areas such as batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems.
9. You will have the ability to fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
10. You will have a full understanding of Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business.
11. You will be trained and able to operate additional systems, such as video reporting i.e CitNOW.
12. You also will be able to complete all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
13. Working closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
About you
14. We consider candidates from all backgrounds who have experience working in the Automotive sector as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, Motor Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, HGV Fitter, Auto Electrician, MOT Tester or Apprentice Vehicle Technician to join Listers.
15. Whether you work at an independent garage, fast fit centre, car supermarket or main dealer, we would be interested in talking to you.
16. As a minimum you will hold or working towards completion of your NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
17. An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
18. MOT License would also be beneficial but not essential.
19. Full UK Driving licence.
20. As long as you can demonstrate good mechanical and electrical knowledge and an ability to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard, we have the training and facilities to help you make the next big step in your career.
