Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user. Benefits of joining our team include competitive pay rates, confirmed rotas, and full clinical training. Whether you have experience in complex care or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a teenage girl in Liverpool. Our service user is a vibrant young girl who enjoys being active in her community and loves to spend time with her family, friends, and care team. She has a passion for school and enjoys discovering new arts and crafts activities.
She is unable to communicate verbally and will use various sounds to make her needs known. Therefore, patience and an ability to learn her cues are essential for building trust and providing the care she requires.
Your role? Upon your arrival, she will often already be settled for the night. You will carry out observations and manage her clinical interventions overnight. Your role will also include providing comfort and reassurance to ensure a peaceful night's sleep, and supporting her morning routine.
Please note, we are specifically seeking candidates who have experience of children’s care within a healthcare setting.
This isn't just a job – it's a chance to have a significant impact on the lives of others.
