Essential Requirements: - A recognised Early Years Qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent). - A genuine passion for working with young children. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and parents. - Knowledge of child development and safeguarding procedures. - Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is desirable, but not essential.
