Your core responsibilities will include:
1. Define, document, and maintain technical and user requirements for system and process implementation.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and refine requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs and objectives.
3. Analyse and map process and interfaces, replacing and migrating data from legacy systems.
4. Produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation for requirements, processes, and testing.
5. Present complex subjects in a simplified manner to stakeholders with varying technical knowledge.
6. Conduct data analysis using MS Excel, MS Access, or SQL, including data transformation, data migration and comparisons.
7. Support testing and quality assurance processes to ensure systems meet acceptable levels of quality.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in IT Business and Systems Analysis and possess relevant qualifications, such as BCS Certifications in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering. Additionally, you will bring:
1. Proven ability to analyse and understand complex technical processes.
2. Strong data analysis skills, with experience using tools like MS Excel, MS Access, or SQL.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical subjects clearly.
4. A proactive approach to managing time and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
5. Experience in implementing financial systems (desirable).
If you're passionate about delivering systems that make a difference and have the skills to deliver exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you!
Benefits include:

4. 5% employer pension contribution
5. Death in service benefit
6. Access to our colleague communications app, The Loop
7. Enhanced family leave and pay arrangements
8. Opportunities to grow, with award-winning training and apprenticeship programmes
