Construction contracts manager

SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Contracts Manager


SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Contracts Manager required to join a project in the Oxfordshire area (travelling around different sites).


Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with H&S inspections
2. Checking RAMS
3. Managing 2 large AMP8 projects (£5-20m)
4. Overseeing smaller activities
5. Managing some legacy AMP7 projects
6. Ability to manage a full portfolio of people (Designers, planners, PMs, Agents, etc.)
7. Competent in delivering large schemes
8. Checking permits
9. Project coordination


Pay Rate: £400 per day; paid weekly CIS


Minimum Requirements:

1. SMSTS
2. Water/Waste experience
3. Gold/Black CSCS/White CSCS
4. First Aid certification
5. At least 6 years of experience


This position is initially for 3 months, with the possibility of going permanent.
