The Life Rooms is one of Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust's innovative services. Our Social Model of Health is designed to support the prevention and population health agendas by activation through a three-pillar model: learning, social prescribing, and community. The three-pillar model enables people to become more activated in their own health; it operates within a social approach that focuses on prevention and the enabling of community and community assets to encourage system change.
We have an exciting opportunity to lead our Learning Pillar for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join The Life Rooms Team as a Learning Delivery Manager. This is a permanent position and would be ideal for someone with an education or health improvement background.
The Learning Pillar has recently been reviewed and remodelled to incorporate a graduated approach to learning that is reflective of the components of health activation: knowledge, skills, and confidence. The post holder will have the opportunity to shape and implement the new curriculum offer.

The post holder will oversee the Learning Team with posts including:
* Health Activation Lead
* Health and Wellbeing Coaches
* Health Educators
* Learning and Skills Facilitators
* Social Activity Worker
The Learning Delivery Manager Will Be Responsible For:
* Managing and providing support for the Learning Team across Liverpool and Sefton.
* Overseeing delivery of the service specification, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and reported on.
* Establishing a graduated approach to learning with an exciting and varied curriculum that supports health activation.
* Ensuring that the learning pathways incorporate and are reflective of educational models and learning theories.
* Assuring that the service is well governed.
* Assuring that the service meets quality standards.
* Assuring that the service is continuously developed and that new opportunities are identified.
The Learning Delivery Manager will be expected to travel across Liverpool and Sefton. Their office base will be The Life Rooms Walton. The post holder will benefit from being a part of The Life Rooms services and will have the support of peers within The Life Rooms Wider Leadership Team.
