Hexa Projects is a fast:growing company delivering expert project management solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for a hands:on Contracts Manager to lead and oversee new build, fit:out, and social housing projects.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast:paced environment, enjoys problem:solving, and has a passion for delivering high:quality projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing a variety of projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and on:site teams.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
* Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
* Manage contracts, procurement, and supplier negotiations
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety, and best practices
* Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Resolve project challenges with a proactive, problem:solving approach
* Support business growth by identifying efficiencies and process improvements
What you will bring:
* Proven experience in contracts management and project delivery
* Strong background in building, remodelling and fit:out projects
* Ability to roll up your sleeves and take a hands:on approach
* Experience in social housing and SME environments preferred
* Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem:solving skills
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively
