Overview: The Contracts Manager will oversee the delivery of an annual investment plan across a diverse property portfolio, focusing on Major Works, Structural Repairs, and Compliance with Decent Homes Standards. The role involves managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality outcomes within budget and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of planned investment works, ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality expectations. Act as Principal Designer under CDM regulations, ensuring health and safety compliance. Manage budgets and contracts via asset management systems, ensuring data accuracy. Supervise a team, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of construction, building regulations, and contract management. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and budgets. Proficiency in asset management systems and financial reporting. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications: Relevant construction-related qualification (OND, HND, or degree). Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or RIBA preferred).
