The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and other commercial legal matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in corporate law and a desire to work on a range of deals for both Buyers and Sellers. Who should apply We are open to a broad range of candidates, including: Law graduates with strong academics (LPC / SQE route encouraged) Experienced corporate paralegals looking to specialise in corporate law Paralegals from related transactional areas (e.g., banking, commercial real estate) Key responsibilities Conducting corporate due diligence Managing and maintaining data rooms Preparing ancillary documentation (stock transfer forms, powers of attorney, board minutes, etc.) Updating statutory company books Supporting the M&A and private equity teams on ongoing transactions Performing legal research and preparing internal reports Requirements Law degree (LPC or SQE-preferred) Previous experience in a corporate law or commercial transactions team is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work to tight deadlines in a team-based environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Resilient and motivated with a genuine interest in corporate legal work Career progression While this is a paralegal role, the firm values and invests in their people.
