Job title: Recruitment Assistant/Medical Workforce Advisor
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Ability to work 2 days at home after initial training period
Duties
* Provide an expert recruitment service to candidates, appointing managers and panel members.
* Place all adverts on TRAC and NHS Jobs.
* On completing of shortlisting of panel members send scoring to the Clinical Director to approve candidates to be invited for interview.
* Provide contact details of all candidates to OSM (Operational Services Manager) and Clinical Lead for the arrangement of the VBI interviews.
* Prior to interview ensure all candidates meet the required standards.
* Issue Conditional offer letter to successful candidate(s) and monitor candidate through the TRAC recruitment system at each stage including conducting pre-employment checks.
* Issue contract of employment using TRAC and monitor their return.
* Provide details of appointments to the Trust Board for Ratification.
* Support with the review and writing content for the Appointment of Consultants Procedure.
Skills
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Recruitment experience and experience of using recruitment systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
* Computer literate with experience of working with the Microsoft Office packages.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
