Security Professional
We have an opportunity for an additional Security Professional to support the expansion of our security team within the Aerospace and Business sectors of our Company. This role will be supporting a number of locations in the south of the country with the requirement to travel to and from these locations as necessary.
As a Security Professional, you will support a number of site locations delivering across various business units and advise on the implementation, control, and maintenance of mandated security policies ensuring compliance with the UK Government Security Policy Framework.
You will be required to demonstrate an effective working knowledge of Physical, Personnel, Document, and Cyber Security and manage UK Government and client security accreditations e.g. Facility Security Clearance and facilitate the implementation of Security Risk Management methodology.
This is a hybrid role that has less than 25% travel which includes 3 days on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and maintain comprehensive security measures across physical, personnel, document, and cyber security.
2. Ensure compliance with the UK Government Security Policy Framework.
3. Develop and integrate site security procedures.
4. Manage Facility Security Clearance (FSC) and client security accreditations.
5. Direct Security Risk Management processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. UK National Security Clearance (minimum SC).
2. 5+ years with UK MOD/NATO security rules.
3. Experience in risk management and briefing senior management.
4. Handling UK Government Classified Material.
5. Expertise in document, personnel, system, physical, and information security.
