Job summary
The Gynaecology Admin Team Leader is the first point of contact for all administrative queries in the Department. The postholder will be is responsible for supporting, leading and developing a large administrative team as well as being responsible for managing non-cancer patient pathways.
Main duties of the job
o To support the Senior Speciality Manager in providing leadership and line management to the Department's administrative team. This includes providing development opportunities andregular 1-1s and leading by example to support the morale of the To be the main point of contact for the secretarial, administrative and clerical services supporting patient activity in the To monitor benign (non-cancer) patient pathways in accordance with Government Access Targets, Elective Recovery Targets and the Trust's Patient Access Policy. To provide support in the operational activity across the speciality on meeting patient access To manage the Departmental rotas, including Admin, Theatres, Consultant and Acting as the administrative lead and point of contact for low-level PALS Investigating all administrative aspects of formal complaints to be fed back to the Speciality Triumvirate.
