As a leader, you will oversee a team of marketing professionals (up to 10), devise and execute effective marketing strategies, and harness digital platforms to elevate our brand's presence and contribute to the firm's overall success. Duties: Provide leadership and mentorship cultivate a high-performing team environment, fostering individual growth and career advancement Collaborate with Partners to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across various channels Build strong relationships with key industry players to strengthen our brand's reputation. Ensure the production and delivery of engaging content that consistently aligns with brand identity and goals. Create and execute innovative digital campaigns to increase market share and brand awareness. Utilise data-driven insights to guide marketing decisions and maximize results. Manage marketing expenditures, optimise resource allocation, and identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives. About you: Experience within a partnership led firm is preferred Ability to foster collaborative partnerships with individuals at all levels of the organisation. Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals. Successful track record in conceiving, implementing, and measuring marketing campaigns, demonstrating strong project management skills. Deep understanding of marketing technologies and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content management systems. Proficiency in using data analysis to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance. Knowledge of GDPR principles and best practices for data management in marketing contexts.
