Working alongside their experienced Lettings team your role will be to pick up and take ownership for a range of property management support tasks liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and ensuring good customer service at all times…
Key duties will include:
* Setting up viewing appointments on properties and managing the diary
* All administration in relation to processing tenant applications for properties
* Managing requests for repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors and communicating with all connected parties
* Keeping on top of property compliance tasks – arranging PAT testing, EPC’s, gas safety certificates and keeping accurate records on company systems
* Assisting colleagues with adverting new properties for let and all other connected lettings admin
* Being a team player assisting with answering phone enquiries and queries
Candidates for this role should have confident administration experience and skills, prior experience working in residential lettings would be an advantage but is not essential as training on this would be available. It’s important you can take ownership of tasks, work well in a team and enjoy a fast paced client contact environment. Good all round IT abilities are required.
This is a full time permanent position working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, salary based on experience circa £25k.
