The Role
The Senior Programme Manager: Freelance and Entrepreneurship role will ensure the delivery of a high-quality career development programme for creative freelancers and entrepreneurs aged 18 - 30 years. This role will have responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Inflexion Workspace and will work strategically to create opportunities that complement and enhance Roundhouse's broader creative offer to develop tangible pathways for diverse young people to gain meaningful and sustained employment within the creative industries.
Some weekend and evening work may be required according to business needs.
About You
We are looking for a skilled and experienced programming/operations manager to take a strategic lead in driving Roundhouse’s work with creative freelancers and entrepreneurs, advising on research and policy development relating to youth self-employment and youth entrepreneurship, whilst ensuring that robust learning outcomes are delivered, evaluated, and utilized to inform future initiatives.

Contract Details
Contract: Fixed-Term 9 months
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £44,720 per annum
