They are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Document Controller to join their team and ensure the integrity and accuracy of their documentation processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Revision Control: Track document revisions and ensure that the latest versions are readily accessible.
2. Quality Checks: Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure documentation meets project requirements.
4. Document Management: Maintain and manage all company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.
5. Compliance: Ensure all documents comply with relevant regulations and standards.
6. Training: Train employees on document control procedures and systems.
7. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in document control or a similar role.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in using document management systems and software.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to document control.
7. Certification in document control or quality management.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
