The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the acquisition of goods and services essential for Hansen's international operations. This role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, managing IT inventory, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations globally.,
* Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
* Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions with suppliers.
* Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
* Monitor IT software entitlements and utilisation to ensure compliance.
* Identify cost saving opportunities and implement strategies to achieve cost reduction.
* Conduct spend analysis and prepare reports on procurement activities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and ethical standards across the globe.
* Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes.
* Implement innovative solutions to enhance procurement efficiency.
* Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management for key vendors (Low-Med Value, Low-Med Risk) organisation wide.
* Conduct market analysis to understand trends and emerging market conditions.
* Ensuring 3 rd Party Supplier Management and Materiality Assessments are completed as applicable.
* Risk Management across the portfolio.
* Sustainable and Ethical Sourcing in line with Hansen's ESG strategy.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement management.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Knowledge of market analysis and supplier evaluation techniques.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
