An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Curriculum Business Officer within the CAVC for Business department at Cardiff and Vale College. This role will be based at the college's One Canal Parade location.
Responsibilities include:
1. To be the point of contact for the coordination of business processes within CAVC for Business, ensuring the implementation of robust systems and procedures. To support all the necessary administration functions for CAVC for Business delivery team.
2. To devise and maintain Office systems, including data management and filing, produce project documents, briefing papers, and presentations, as appropriate.
3. To support the production of monthly verification and management reports which detail and analyse the outcomes of data monitoring and organise and attend meetings, ensuring the relevant people are well prepared.
4. To work with the Learning and Development Solutions team to make all necessary preparations for internal/external audits, inspections, and assessments, including maintaining records and data as may be required which are identifiable, traceable, and retrievable.
5. To maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of CAVC, projects, and awarding body eligibility requirements and act as the subject expert for assigned areas of responsibility.
6. To contribute to the planning and support of marketing activities (networking events; campaigns; social media and other activities) to support business development.
7. To support learner activities e.g. enrolments and examinations. This includes enrolling and completing/finishing candidates in a timely manner on college and awarding body systems.
8. Welsh language skills are not required for this role but would be welcomed.
