We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable English Teachers to join our supply teaching pool. Our schools emphasise innovative teaching methods and a nurturing environment to ensure every student thrives.
Job Description: As a Supply English Teacher, you will:
1. Deliver engaging and dynamic English lessons to students of varying abilities across different age groups.
2. Adapt lesson plans to meet the specific needs of individual schools and classrooms.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
4. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
5. Collaborate with other staff members to support school initiatives and policies.
6. Be flexible and ready to travel to different schools within the region on short notice.
Requirements:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
8. Strong subject knowledge in English language and literature.
9. Excellent classroom management skills.
10. Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
11. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic educational setting.
12. Previous experience teaching English is desirable but not essential for newly qualified teachers.
