It’s a collaborative and driven team, and you’ll get to work alongside a highly capable and effective marketing team.The roleResponsible for the planning, management and organisation of all national events and exhibitions as well as conferences and dealer incentive tripsResponsible for the planning, management and organisation of all sponsorship partnerships including key sporting eventsResponsible for a CRM and social strategy to amplify the impact of all events and sponsorship activitiesResponsible for all third-party agency relationship with regards to all sponsorship and events activityResponsible for planning, managing and organisation of internal events like roadshow, staff parties, marketing meetings and eventsAbility to manage budgets, schedules from all suppliers and review suppliers on a regular basis for performance and in preparing estimatesAbout youAt least 2-3 years of experience in planning, managing and organising eventsExcellent project management skills essentialExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting experienceBroad spectrum of automotive knowledge across functions would be highly beneficialHigh energy, well-motivated, self-starter and drivenDemonstrates resilience, flexibility and willingness to explore different paths to achieve an outcomeAbility to manage budgets, schedules and prepare estimatesStrong knowledge of marketing
