Signature Brands is part of LWC Drinks — the UK’s largest and fastest-growing independent drinks wholesaler, employing over 1,500 people across 18 depots nationwide. Our latest venture, Glamorgan Brewing Co, is our first depot in South Wales, marking an exciting new chapter for the business.
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and entrepreneurial Brands Activation Manager to lead the charge in promoting Signature Brands across South Wales. If you thrive on creativity, building relationships, and seeing real impact from your work, this is the role for you.
You'll be a key ambassador for Signature Brands, Glamorgan Brewing Co, and LWC Drinks — planning and executing brand activations, growing customer engagement, and delivering memorable experiences that drive portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Champion: Act as a passionate ambassador for the Signature Brands portfolio, Glamorgan Brewing Co, and LWC Drinks.
Event Activation: Plan and deliver high-impact consumer events, sampling sessions, and festival activations.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships at outlet level, educating and inspiring customers about our brands.
Social Media Advocacy: Capture content from activations to maximise exposure and consumer engagement across platforms.
Menu Innovation: Create bespoke cocktail menus to increase Signature Brands’ share and presence on drinks menus.
Sales Support: Work closely with regional telesales and account managers to drive distribution, volume, rate of sale, and brand presence.
Insight Sharing: Identify, capture, and communicate key learnings to refine future activations.
Territory Management: Independently manage your schedule, events, and administrative responsibilities.
Who You’ll Work With
Reporting to: Signature Brands Sales Manager
Collaborating with: Regional Account Managers, Brand Activation Team, and Telesales Teams across all channels.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Hospitality background — ideally bar management or senior operations roles.
Proven experience in brand activation, event management, or sales.
Sales-driven mindset with experience in growing brand visibility and distribution.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with sales and CRM systems.
Preferred:
Background in the drinks or FMCG sectors.
Experience creating and executing cocktail menus.
Ability to think strategically while delivering hands-on activations.
Creative flair for events and brand storytelling.
Education:
University degree welcome but not essential — we value experience and energy!
Additional Information
This role will require some evening and weekend work.
Travel across South Wales will be required; a valid UK driving licence is essential.
