Regional Facilities Manager Location: Hybrid - Work from Home & Site Visits Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Holiday: 22 days per year Salary: £42,000 per annum Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a dynamic role with a leading property management firm? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional FM to oversee a portfolio of managed properties, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Conduct monthly property inspections and report on contractor performance, property condition, planned works, and compliance. Liaise with Health & Safety advisors to address risks and obtain quotations for remedial work. Manage all on-site contractors, ensuring proper insurance, risk assessments, and method statements are in place. Champion environmental, ESG, CSR, and Zero Carbon initiatives across properties. Maintain essential site documentation, including fire log books, emergency procedures, and tenant handbooks. Hold regular contractor meetings to monitor performance and provide detailed minutes. Prepare and manage service charge budgets, ensuring alignment with landlord requirements. Oversee contract tendering as per property management agreements. Facilitate tenant meetings, gather feedback, and liaise with surveyors. Work closely with the accounts team to produce quarterly variance reports. Provide guidance and support to building management staff, including receptionists and security teams. Maintain a comprehensive contract database, detailing all services, suppliers, costs, and contract terms. Assist in property sales processes as required.
