As part of the Experience team, you'll be managed by the Experience and Visitor Programming Manager and will work in that team alongside a Visitor Experience Officer, Welcome Manager and their teams. You'll have contact with all departments, supporting volunteer managers in every department across the portfolio.The Cheshire & Wirral portfolio is made up of the iconic Little Moreton Hall, the tranquil garden of Hare Hill, the magical woodland of Alderley Edge, the heathland of Thurstaston Common, and plenty of beautiful ‘pockets’ of Cheshire countryside- including a number of hills.The portfolio requires the team to balance their time well, prioritising the peak seasons for visitors to all our places. As Volunteering & Community Officer you'll be based at Little Moreton Hall, with some travel to Hare Hill and Alderley Edge, while supporting colleagues in Cheshire West and the Wirral remotely. Working across all departments you’ll help to develop a plan for volunteering and communities, looking at new ways of working and deepening relationships with existing and new audiences.
