About the Role
We are partnering with a leading global financial institution that is seeking a Network Management Analyst to support its Cash, Custody, Clearing, and Execution relationships. This role is integral to managing agent banks, custodians, clearing houses, brokers, and exchanges, ensuring the firm maximizes value from its external relationships.
You will work across both banking and securities business lines, helping to onboard new agent relationships, conduct due diligence, handle escalations, and assist with regulatory projects such as ISO 20022 and T+1 settlements.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the onboarding and oversight of agent bank providers, including due diligence, contract reviews, and service evaluations.
* Manage and resolve relationship and operational issues, ensuring efficient escalation where necessary.
* Assist in the production of management information (MIS) and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Participate in regulatory and change initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Support the cash and custody invoicing and recharging process.
* Build strong relationships across internal teams and external service providers.
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience in Network Management or a related Operations role (e.g., Settlements, Collateral, Trade Support, or Project Management).
* Strong knowledge of front-to-back transaction flows within financial markets.
* Experience managing cash and custody relationships; knowledge of derivatives clearing is advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
