Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team at [School Name]. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with a range of learning needs and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting students with SEN in the classroom to help them access the curriculum and participate fully in lessons.
* Assisting with the development and implementation of personalised learning plans.
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
* Helping with the management of behaviour and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Liaising with class teachers, SENCOs, and other staff members to monitor student progress and provide updates.
* Assisting with daily routines, such as helping students with personal care where necessary.
Key Requirements:
* A passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
* Experience of working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential.
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the classroom.
* Relevant qualifications (such as a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent) would be an advantage, though not essential.
