* Providing secretarial support alongside the Legal Secretary team
* Typing and document preparation
* Managing post and general administration
* Opening and closing files
* Archiving and liaising with storage providers
Requirements:
* Experience in Probate, Commercial, or Family Law (experience in at least one area required)
* Strong secretarial skills in at least one or two areas of law
* Proactive and adaptable approach to work
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility with office and remote work – initial three months in-office, followed by hybrid working
