About the Role
The successful Reward Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs that drive business results, while ensuring alignment with company values and goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement benefit plans, recognition programs, and other incentives.
* Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar role at Dandara or a comparable organization.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful reward programs that drive business outcomes.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
