About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Digital & Data Product Manager who will work with a cross-functional team (product designers, engineers, data analysts) to ensure all ways of working within the squad are optimised to deliver at the right pace and quality.
You will sit within our SMR (Service, Maintenance and Repair) business unit contributing towards the evolution of RAC's digital and data strategy and transformation, collaborating with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
The successful candidate will have experience in data strategy and modelling. You will be expected to lead in translating complex data needs into clear requirements for data engineering teams and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from either our Bradley Stoke or Bescot office and 3 days a week at home.
Role Purpose
