The Deputy Store Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and providing exceptional customer service. This involves:
* Leading by example and inspiring your team to achieve their full potential
* Managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity
* Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
* Diligently checking and working deliveries and managing the till area
* Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and making adjustments as needed
