We’re looking for an experienced Finance, Payroll and Pensions Assistant – 0.6 FTE. As one of our support colleagues you’ll go into the Greater Manchester Pension scheme with a generous employer contribution. About the Role: As the Finance, Payroll, and Pensions Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial duties with a strong focus on payroll processing, pension schemes, and general financial administration. You will be integral to ensuring that all payroll and pension contributions are processed accurately and on time, supporting the financial health and compliance of the organisation. About You: We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about developing their career in finance, payroll, or pensions within an educational setting. This role may be suitable for someone who works within a finance team but wants to develop experience into Payroll and Pensions. Your attention to detail will be exceptional and you should be comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial systems. A relevant finance qualification (AAT, CIPP, or equivalent) or working towards, is desirable, but not essential.
