DAY TO DAY: As HR Manager, you will: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes Advise on employee relations matters, including grievances and performance management Support business areas with HR guidance and coaching Develop and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance Manage HR data, reporting, and HR system administration Contribute to Learning & Development initiatives Assist with key HR projects around wellbeing, engagement, and retention Experience & Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Manager role Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law CIPD qualification is desirable, but hands-on experience is essential Experience in Learning & Development is a desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS systems Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills If you value teamwork, integrity, and innovation.
