The post holder will operationally support the implementation of the Strategy and the associated Learning Estate Improvement Plan; liaising with Council Services and schools from a corporate Education perspective. The post will help the Service Manager to support all aspects of estate development, from early years and schools to outdoor learning and arrangements for delivery of regional employability and training opportunities for young people and adults.
This is an exciting and demanding new role within the Strategy & Operations Team and candidates should be able to evidence a good working knowledge of a learning estate from an education perspective to contribute effectively in representing the Education Leadership Team vision for schools of the future.
The post is open to secondment and candidates should discuss and have agreement for release in principle from their existing line manager.
