About the Role & Team This position sits within the Quality Management team in Content Op erations. The Quality team is responsible for driving quality management standards, metrics and processes across Content Operations in EMEA. This is a key initiative for the business and focuses on a data driven approach to monitoring, analysing and improving operational performance and quality of final content assets. Day-to-day, the Metrics Analyst in the team will have responsibility over a suite of metrics that support our business. They will be accountable for the preparation and analysis of key metrics, as well as working with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes and develop action plans. As part of continuous improvement, they will also own projects that will support identification of the ‘right’ metrics / processes to drive business improvement, and work alongside technical teams to develop the data and business solutions to support this.
