About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Claires, you will support your Store Manager with the following;
1. Sales and profit: Driving and achieving retail store targets
2. Customer service: delivering the finest level of customer service
3. Store operations: keeping the store running smoothly
4. Commerciality: Ensuring your store is well merchandised and commercially correct
5. Team leadership: Assisting Store Manager in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development
6. Ear piercing (you will receive full training)

About You
12. High school diploma or equivalent required
13. Minimum one year retail management experience
14. Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
15. Basic computer skills
16. Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
17. Understands the importance of Customer Service
18. Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve
19. Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
20. Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
21. Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customer
22. Ability to operate POS system
