What the Reward Analyst role entails.
Reporting to the Head of ER, Policy & Reward, this role will provide analytical reward expertise supporting our reward strategy and reward projects. The role will support the development and implementation and ongoing maintenance of pay and grading structures; developing reports and leading on analysis relating to cyclical reward activity; analysing and interpreting complex data, benchmarking and role evaluation.
As the Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
* Fulfilling all data and analysis requirements within the Reward function, developing and running reward management reports, analysing and providing insight and recommendations on pay trends, benefit offerings and retention strategies.
* Responsible for harnessing a variety of data sources including iTrent, Business Objects, and Excel to provide deep analytical insights that inform strategic Reward initiatives.
* Work with the Reward Business Partner and Head of ER, Policy and Reward, to identify the most appropriate Reward metrics and reporting requirements tailored to the required audience / business unit.
* Lead the data input, reporting and analysis of market benchmarking and salary surveys including the annual colleague survey and annual Gender Pay Gap reporting and any additional reporting as required.
* Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of existing pay and grading frameworks including salary benchmarking and bonuses, ensuring regular audits are undertaken to ensure compliance across LTE group and internal reward policies.
* Supporting the annual cyclical processes (pay review, bonus, benefits renewals) working collaboratively across the HR team to ensure these are processed on time.
* Supporting the Reward Business Partner, taking a proactive and collaborative approach making recommendations and suggestions to improve reward policies, process and practice as appropriate. Support with reward administration as appropriate.
To be successful in your application we are looking for the following qualifications & experience:
* Experience of reporting on complex reward data, using Excel or Business Objects techniques to present information clearly
* Analysing complex Reward data and reporting on and analysing equality data experience
* An understanding of reward processes e.g. job evaluation
* Providing data for external surveys e.g. market salary surveys, ensuring data meets the requirements of external agencies
* Self-starter with experience of working on own projects with initiative
* Experience of working with I Trent, Power BI and/or equivalent HR systems an advantage
