The Role
We are looking for an ACA-qualified Group Accounting Manager to lead monthly reporting and drive financial accuracy across central business functions. .
Duties Include:
* Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts and performance reports.
* Own accounting period controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial processes.
* Ensure clean audit delivery and support year-end statutory accounts and tax computations.
* Drive consistent accounting practices, cost analysis, and business partnering.
* Lead a multi-site team
* Support and lead projects to improve decision-making and efficiency.
Skills & Experience Required:
* ACA or ACCA qualified with 2+ years of industry experience (FMCG/manufacturing background preferred).
* Advanced spreadsheet skills; SAP experience beneficial.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, high-change environment.
