Key information about the post
To be successful you will need:
1. Manage workload and priorities to a high level
2. Operate and support the CEO and Senior Management Officers
3. Technical knowledge of computerised business systems
4. Sound understanding of general office practice and procedures
5. Excellent customer service skills.
6. Thorough understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality and work within Data Protection/GDPR principles
7. Hold a Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
8. Ability to work to tight deadlines and to use initiative, tact and discretion
