Summary of the role:
A key player in delivering organizational change, leading large-scale requirements and process analysis. Must be well-organized with excellent stakeholder communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Aligning with the business to deliver core purpose and cultural values across the RLG network.
* Documenting and analyzing business processes; identifying solutions, assessing feasibility, and implementing approaches.
* Analyzing, validating, and communicating requirements using appropriate documentation and modeling techniques.
* Collecting and validating non-functional requirements.
* Supporting the business during User Acceptance Testing.
* Creating support documentation and quick reference guides.
* Providing end-user training as needed.
* Managing project deliverables with internal and external resources.
* Identifying and delivering departmental initiatives with minimal impact on BAU, managing risks, and prioritizing resources.
Key Competencies:
* Experience managing change and understanding the change process.
* Knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Experience with various project methodologies and lifecycles.
* Proven ability to gather and document high-quality business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Vision.
