Interim Regional HR BP – Glasgow base – c£60k & CA – 6 month FTC – Hybrid & travel
This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK based business as part of a larger international organisation in a fast-paced, influential Business Partnering role.
This 6-month FTC offers hybrid working with a requirement to be out in the business at least 3 days a week from a Glasgow base with travel to several regional locations as part of a regional HR team.
You will be providing proactive HR expertise to enable the business to make commercial decisions and delivering solutions that align with business objectives, and which foster a high-performance culture.

As an ideal candidate you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, and already operating in a fast paced, private sector environment as a Business Partner.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of employment law and best practice; have experience of managing change, driving performance and continuous improvement; and possess excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
