Role Overview
The Solutions Ecosystem & Innovation Manager will manage and develop strategic partnerships with key product partners. The role involves collaborating to enhance product offerings, drive innovation, and ensure mutual growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in product management and partnership development, focusing on customer-centric solutions and integrating features and alternative payment methods (APMs).
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with product partners to foster collaboration and innovation.
2. Identify and evaluate potential partners to enhance the company's product portfolio with new features and APMs.
3. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to align partnership strategies with business goals.
4. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and alignment.
5. Monitor partner performance, providing updates and recommendations to leadership.
6. Work with partners to develop and launch new products and features that meet market and customer needs.
7. Represent the company at industry events to build and strengthen partnerships.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in product management and partnership development, preferably in technology or payments.
* Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
* Additional language skills are advantageous.
